Every engagement we take on differs in shape, depth, and duration, so we do not publish a menu. What we can tell you plainly is where things start and how they are structured.
Consultation
For advisory conversations, technical reviews, and scoping sessions — a defined block of time with no obligation beyond it.
Modernization engagements
Working inside an established business to modernize how it operates — as a partner to the owner, or as an owner ourselves. These engagements run long and deep, so terms are set individually rather than taken off a price list. See Vertical Modernization for what the work involves.
Terms are written around what the engagement is working toward, and may combine fees, retainers, or ownership depending on the situation.
Scope, deliverables, targets, and commercials are documented and signed before any work begins. Nothing is billed against an assumption.
Quoted in USD for international engagements and in INR for domestic ones.
Custom builds
Software built for a specific organisation by Nevarro Labs — proprietary portals, internal platforms, and vertical systems. Quoted against the scope of the build and the depth of the domain work behind it.
A short paid scoping phase establishes the requirement and the shape of the system before a build price is fixed.
Quoted as a fixed engagement or in phases, depending on how well defined the requirement is at the outset.
How the system is owned, licensed, or shared is settled in writing before anything is built. For most builds, it belongs to you.
Support, hosting, and continued development are quoted separately and are never a condition of the build.
Payments and taxes. Payments are collected through our payment partners, who may act as merchant of record and appear as the seller on your statement. Applicable taxes are handled as required by the payment partner and by law. Refunds and cancellations are covered in our Terms of Service.
